Communication enables community and the Osprey-VLE platform has its own internal messaging system, called the 'Message Line' to help you reach out when necessary.

You can use the Message Line to contact moderators and supervisors about activities, or to reach the support team at Coracle.

Learners can also message fellow group members (assuming they're in a group)

Like the Learning Line, the Message Line is a potentially endless stream of activity, with the most recent activity shown first.

If you see an envelope icon next to a contact, click this to send a private message.

Messages appear in the recipient's message line and are also delivered via email.

Replying to messages

You can reply to messages from the website, or by hitting reply to the email.

If you don't want to receive your messages on email, you can unsubscribe using the Email Preferences page
